Residential Framing

Our framing crew will arrive after the foundation has finished being constructed. We start by installing and anchoring in the sill plate which will then be built out into the subfloor, walls and finally the roof. We build the project according to the blueprints and each job is overseen by a qualified project manager.

Saskatoon Home Renos takes on many types of residential framing projects in and around Saskatoon. Be it framing a new home, townhouse, duplex or home addition our residential framing is generally four units or less.

Commercial

Our large-scale framing jobs are mainly comprised of multi-unit apartment complexes, condominiums, small office buildings, retail stores, warehouses, sports arenas and other similar facilities.

Many of our larger commercial projects call for steel framing. Instead of using wood to erect the frame for the floors, walls, and roof we will use steel beams, trusses and joists. On request, we can also use steel to frame residential projects although this type of ultra-durable framing is usually reserved for commercial applications due to the cost.
